MP3s:
- Body and Soul
An online collaboration between Bill VanRiper , "Tyrone Shuz" and me that came out pretty sweet. I play the first solo, Tyrone has the second, and Bill takes the third.
- Journo's Shuffle
A little solo improv over a terrific backing track created by Mats Nermark. Kinda has a Steely Dan "Gaucho" feel to it.
- All Blues
I was listening to George Benson play this in a tribute to Miles Davis. The groove was so cool I just had to do my own version.
- Hippie Power
Cool backing track posted by someone on thegearpage.net. Not the best thing I've ever done, but I kinda liked it anyway.
- It Hurts Me
A cheezy little blues thing I did a while back.
- Gary Moore-type Wankage
Pretty nice backing posted on thegearpage.net. Since I can't play like Gary, I tried using the Carlton approach. ;)
- Chameleon
Classic Herbie Hancock tune, backing supplied by Ed DeGenaro.
- Bluetude
One of my favorite jams of all time. Scott Lerner created the "Slow Beckish" backing and probably has the best version I've ever heard with a close second by Jim Heidinger.
